[Important Update] Adjusting Our Service Hours Starting June 4th

We're always looking for ways to enhance our services and ensure we’re operating as efficiently as possible to meet your needs. After careful review of current usage patterns, we’ll be making some adjustments to the operating hours for specific services. These changes will take effect from Tuesday, 4th June 2025.

Here's a summary of the changes:

⚠️ Account Verification Services (KYC)

• Account Verification services will be available from Monday to Friday and on public holidays.
• You can be assured that the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for account verification remains unchanged at within 3 business days.

⚠️ THB Deposit and Withdrawal Services

• For THB Deposit and Withdrawal services, weekday operating hours (Monday to Friday) will be adjusted to 08:00 – 18:00 (from the previous 08:00 – 22:00).
• Services during weekends and public holidays for THB Deposit and Withdrawal will continue as usual, with no changes.

⚠️ OTC (Over-The-Counter) Trading Services

• OTC trading operating hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be adjusted to 08:00 – 18:00.
• This adjustment for OTC services is effective from June 4th, 2025, until further notice.
