Terms and Conditions

• Activity period is from August 31 - September 9, 2022.
• From August 31 to September 8, the days run from 09:00 AM to 08:59 AM (GMT+7) of the following day.
• On September 9, the day runs from 09:00 AM to 11:59 PM (GMT+7).
• This activity is only available to users from Thailand who have completed their Coins’ bank verification (Level 3).
• Eligible users are required to fulfill the following two criteria during the activity period in order to be eligible for the BTC rewards:
• Participants must complete this form to confirm their participation. Users who fail to complete the form will not be eligible to participate in the activity.
• Participants must successfully complete a BTC deposit worth min. ฿500 to Coins.co.th BTC wallet in a single transaction.
• For this promotion, the rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• From August 31 to September 8, 2022, a daily maximum of 50 eligible users who fulfill the criteria above will each receive 9% cashback capped at ฿90 in $BTC
• On September 9, 2022, a maximum of 450 eligible users who fulfill the criteria above will each receive 9% cashback capped at ฿90 in $BTC
• Rewards will be distributed to winners’ wallet addresses within 14 days after activity ends on 2022-09-09 (GMT+7). Winners can check their rewards via Coins App > Crypto.
• Coins will use the BTC/THB exchange rate at August 31, 2022, 09:00 AM (GMT+7) for the calculation of the ฿500 transaction volume requirement in the activity.
• The BTC rewards will be distributed in accordance with the rate as of August 31, 2022.
• In the event where a user makes multiple eligible transactions during the activity period, the user will only be rewarded with 1 cashback reward and the amount will be based on the highest eligible transaction made during the activity period.
• Coins reserves the right to cancel or amend the Activity or Activity Rules at its sole discretion.
• Illegally bulk or fraudulently registered accounts shall not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.
• Coins.co.th has the right to exclude users for suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
